Over time you store a large number of programs in your System startup menu, which automatically run when you start Windows. Many are under control, but ... some you don't even know are there.

MoveOnBoot lets you copy, move or delete files when you next start up the system. This is especially useful if you need to replace or delete files that are blocked by other applications, loaded in the memory, or that can't be modified until you next strat the system. MoveOnBoot can integrate into the Windows shell, and also creates a contextual menu (Copy/Move/Delete).
